Session

Young people, aged 18-30, are often underrepresented in the governance and leadership structures of choral organizations worldwide. The Youth Committee of the International Federation for Choral Music (IFCM) will present an engaging, interactive session that explores concepts surrounding increasing youth membership on choral boards, how young people enrich choral organizations, and experiences offered by international young choral leaders. This session will bring together five young choral managers from five distinct regions of the globe, each sharing insights, challenges, and strategies from their unique choral backgrounds, aimed at inspiring young people to take on leadership roles and actively shape the future of the choral profession.

Presentation format: Panel Discussion
