Vibrant choral organizations are constantly in pursuit of two critical goals: unlocking growth and igniting innovation. But finding the best way to do that means getting your executive leadership and your artistic team to work well together, which isn't always easy. This workshop will provide a roadmap for aligning the aspirations of your board with the vision of your artistic team to foster connection, creative synergy, and shared risk-taking. You'll learn:

-How to build a shared understanding of your audience's loyalty and engagement

-How to successfully navigate executive-artistic conflicts

-And how to try out new artistic ideas in smart ways.

Whether your choir has been around for years or is just getting started, you will leave with practical tools to help your group work together better, keep your audience interested, and find new ways to grow.
