2025 Exhibitor Schedule
  • Load In/Setup: Wednesday, June 4, evening
    • Late load in available June 5, 9:30am-11:30am
  • Load Out/Tear Down: Saturday, June 7, 3:15-4:30pm
  • Exhibit Area Open Hours: General hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (slow times allow for breaks)
    • June 7: Closes at 3:15pm
  • Exhibitor Showcase: Thursday, June 5, 3:00-4:30pm
