Health and Safety
Clear COVID-19 safety protocols are essential to making our 2022 Conference In-Person Event a safe and joyful space for us to gather. Our goals are that attendees will know what protocols to expect, will feel comfortable gathering, and will stay safe and healthy.
Vaccinations and boosters are required to participate in Chorus America’s in-person Conference event, and registrants will be asked to provide valid proof of vaccination and booster.* At this time, masks will be required in all shared spaces. We will continue to follow CDC guidance and will honor the COVID-19 mandates for our Conference host city of Baltimore as well as any mandates in place for specific Conference venues. You can find information about COVID-19 and visiting Baltimore here and we will share protocols for Conference venues as they are booked.
We know that conditions, policies, and guidelines will continue to change in the coming months, and we will follow developments closely and keep our community updated.
*If you are an attendee with medical or religious exemptions for the vaccine requirement, please contact Chorus America at [email protected]. Chorus America will supply rapid COVID tests for daily submission for attendees with medical or religious exemptions.
