Virtual Conference Schedule Highlights

The flow of a virtual conference is a bit different than an in-person event. Here's some information on what to expect and which parts of the schedule to take advantage of:

Sponsor Showcase

Tuesday and Thursday, June 16 and 18 | 1:00-2:00pm ET 

Exhibitors will have the ability to host a table in our Conference networking platform Remo.co. Attendees can sign up for an appointment at your table during the Sponsor Showcase, giving you a forum for a personal conversation with a high-quality lead. *Depending on registration counts, additional Sponsor Showcase days may be added at a later date.

Opening Networking Event

Monday, June 15 | 6:00-7:00pm ET

This all-Conference networking event on our opening day will be attendees' first session in the Remo.co networking platform. Come mingle in small groups, meet attendees who are excited for their first day of Virtual Conference, and gain shared experience with this technology platform that you'll utilize for your Sponsor Showcase appointments.

Virtual Auction

Thursday, June 18 | 6:00-8:00pm ET

In a nod to our customary President's Dinner and Auction held at in-person Chorus America Conferences, join us for a live streamed evening event with a virtual auction celebrating the choral community and supporters like you, made available to a global audience at no cost. In lieu of dinner tickets, we’re asking that you consider making a contribution to Chorus America of the funds you would have spent purchasing a ticket or table at this time.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

A $50 processing fee will be applied to cancellations of any Virtual Conference registrations. (Exhibitors who previously registered for the Miami Conference have been offered additional options in light of the unique circumstances.)

Attendee substitutions within your organization are accepted; please notify the Chorus America office as soon as possible to ensure proper access to Conference platforms and listing in the Virtual Exhibit Hall.
