Norman Lebrecht, who writes the Slipped Disc blog for ArtsJournal, first posted about the Wuppertal Boy's Choir's moving performance in honor of International Children's Day on Monday, November 26. Two days later, he wrote this follow up reporting that around 50,000 Slipped Disc readers has watched the video and more than 600 had then donated to the International Children's Fund.
