Justine Jaeger Hargreaves is Director of Membership at Chorus America, where she leads strategy for member engagement, retention, and growth, with a focus on strengthening the organization’s value proposition and expanding its reach across a diverse and evolving choral community.

She brings a background in marketing, product strategy, and team leadership, with expertise in audience segmentation, experience design, and relationship-driven growth. Across roles in education technology and entrepreneurship, Justine has led cross-functional teams and developed data-informed, human-centered strategies that deepen engagement and support sustainable growth. Her work is grounded in listening, thoughtful analysis, and a genuine curiosity about the needs, experiences, and goals of choral leaders, ensembles, and the communities they serve.

A lifelong musician, Justine sings with the Outer Cape Chorale and plays the violin. She is inspired by the power of choral singing and the arts to connect people, foster belonging, and strengthen communities.
