Anne Grobstich Erps

Vice President of Finance and Operations

Anne Grobstich Erps is the vice president of finance and operations at Chorus America. She focuses on aligning resources with our mission and building sustainable, people-centered practices that strengthen internal systems and day-to-day operations. Anne oversees the organization's finance, operations, human resources, and technology functions, and enjoys sharing her experience with members navigating similar responsibilities.

Before returning to Chorus America, Anne held a variety of roles across the arts and nonprofit sector—including positions in marketing, event management, education programs, and school administration—at organizations such as The Washington School of Ballet, the Greenberg Theatre, Americans for the Arts, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, and Hancher Auditorium.

She holds a master’s degree in arts management from American University, a bachelor’s degree in music from The University of Iowa, and certificates in finance, budgeting, accounting, and performing arts entrepreneurship from Georgetown University, UC Davis, and Iowa. A former co-chair of Emerging Arts Leaders DC, Anne volunteered for nearly seven years with The Smithsonian Associates and is also a flutist and proud chorus mom.
