Plenary Session

In the current social and political climate, nonprofits are more needed than ever. Organizations focused on the arts play a significant role in lifting up individuals and families, bringing people together, and building community. As our work becomes more urgent, we must get a better grounding on why our sector matters, as well as the philosophies and practices we must change to unleash our potential. In this presentation, Vu Le, author of NonprofitAF.com and Executive Director of Seattle-based social justice organization Rainier Valley Corps, will use humor, pop culture, and pictures of baby animals to provoke, entertain, and inspire.

The Chorus America/ASCAP Awards will also be presented as part of this plenary session.
