Personal Leadership Planning

The nonprofit sector is as busy as ever with new ideas and opportunities. Just as business entrepreneurs are constantly developing products to meet new market needs, the same is true for the nonprofit sector and its partners. This workshop suggests some new questions and possibilities for choral professionals to consider as the field reinvents itself, and provides space to explore a personal and professional leadership style and brand. A mixture of networking, case study and skill mapping allows participants to leave with a specific personal leadership plan.
