Ms. Deng has over ten years of experience in representing nonprofit organizations and associations, as well as general business and diverse international experience. She handles a variety of work for clients including corporate governance, compliance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, copyright, social media, privacy, international operations, and dispute resolutions. 

She is a partner and received her law degree from the Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University in 2006, in addition to an LL.B. in 2003 from the National Taiwan University.  She is admitted in the District of Columbia and Virginia.

Ms. Deng is fluent in Mandarin.
