Explore what makes a successful collaboration through this case study of two very different partnerships: a life-changing tour shared by the Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir (OIGC) and San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus (SFGMC), and the merger of the OIGC and Oakland Youth Chorus (OYC) into one organization.
