Robert McFletcher-Jones

Robert McFletcher-Jones is beyond grateful to be a part of the inaugural cohort of Chorus America’s Choral Executive Leadership Academy. He is blessed to be able to work with the incredible team of Young Artists, Conductors, Administrators, and Staff as the In-School Conductor for Boston Children's Chorus (BCC). Born and raised in Battle Creek, Michigan (Go Bearcats!)m, Robert earned his master’s degree in Higher Education Administration at Grand Valley State University in 2013 and is currently completing his Musical Theater Vocal Pedagogy Master of Fine Arts degree at Boston Conservatory at Berklee 2023. He has served as the Educator Director at Timber Lake Playhouse and is still full of “Thunder Pride” in his work as Director of Choral and Drama for West Carroll School District #314. 

His previous on-stage performances included: Robbins, Porgy and Bess (Grand Rapids Symphony Orchestra), collaborative author and performer of the world premiere of “Hold on America, Hold On” (Battle Creek Symphony Orchestra), Dr. Bruce Vantine’s Choral and Brass National Tours, Norwegian Escape’s Broadway production of After Midnight, Celebrity Cruises guest entertainer, and self-produced cabarets on Norwegian Cruise Lines Soul Music Experience and L.O.V.E.
