Nadine Wethington

Nadine Wethington is the founder and principal of Forte Leadership LLC, a consulting firm with focus areas in leadership development, executive coaching, strategic planning and team building. She holds multiple certificates in executive coaching and brings deep expertise in issues related to healthcare, arts management and global non-profits. Throughout her career she has provided coaching, consultation and training across the U.S. and internationally, specializing in team performance and communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution. With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience, she has designed and led organization-wide coaching and mentoring programs.

Nadine is a professionally trained soprano and member of The Choral Arts Society of Washington. She is a member of the Choral Arts board of directors, where she served as board chair from 2017-2019, as chair of the governance committee and led the highly successful executive director search committee. In her professional capacity she has coached artistic leaders and facilitated strategic planning retreats for various arts and non-profit organizations.
