Lisa Husseini

Lisa Husseini is a conservatory-trained musician and experienced arts administrator who is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations in the arts to thrive.

As CEO of iCadenza, Lisa has coached thousands of artists, educators, and entrepreneurs in achieving artistically fulfilling and financially sustainable careers. She has also worked with a number of arts organizations in identifying and addressing the internal problems that hold them back from a profitable, effective, and expansive trajectory.

Prior to her work at iCadenza, Lisa held administrative positions at the New England Conservatory and New World Symphony, where she managed a 35-week multi-faceted training curriculum geared towards fostering tomorrow’s orchestral leaders. Most recently, she served as General Manager for Seraphic Fire.

Currently based in Miami, Lisa holds degrees in flute performance from The Hartt School and New England Conservatory with continued studies at the Conservatory of Amsterdam, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and Harvard University. She currently serves on the College Music Society’s Careers Outside the Academy committee and was named a Miami Leader in 2016.
