Karen Hopper

Karen is the Associate Director of Performance Strategy at Razorfish, where she helps Fortune 100 clients make smart decisions about their marketing creative using data.

Prior to joining Razorfish in 2021, Karen spent a decade building successful digital marketing and fundraising campaigns for nonprofits of all sizes, including the Humane Society of the United States, PETA, Feeding America, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, and USA for UNICEF. Her day-to-day involves a lot of spreadsheets, but don’t let that fool you – before turning her attention to building testing and optimization programs, she was managing email marketing, drafting creative briefs, navigating SMS laws, implementing digital advertising, and so much more. An in-demand marketing speaker, she regularly lectures at universities around the country, presents at events like INBOUND, CMWorld, & MozCon, and coaches for Shine Bootcamp, a speaker accelerator for women and nonbinary people.

Karen holds a music degree from St. Olaf College, where she sang under Dr. Armstrong in the St. Olaf Choir and is in her 11th season singing with the Choral Arts Society of Washington, where she has the privilege to serve as the chorus vice president.
