David Miranda is thrilled to be a participant in the inaugural Choral Executive Leadership Academy. David Miranda has been an active performer throughout the greater Washington, D.C. area in addition to working in the multi-family property management industry. David is committed to creating opportunities for all audiences to see themselves represented and celebrated in choral experiences.
As a native to the Washington, D.C. region , David was immersed in a rich and diverse musical community which led to a passion for choral singing. Attending Shepherd University, he had the opportunity to perform as a featured soloist and choral singer in Austria, Germany, Spain, and the Czech Republic. David was also invited to be an Opera Artist with the International Performing Arts Institute in Munich, Germany.
David will be entering his 10th year working at BM Smith and Associates in Arlington, VA. BM Smith is celebrating their 115th year in operation and is the oldest company in Arlington, VA. The family operated business has a longstanding commitment of principled development and prioritizes building community with local retailers and nonprofits.
