Alex Gartner has been leading the Pensacola Children’s Chorus as Artistic & Executive Director since 2016. During this time, he has overseen an expansion of programs which now reach 25,000 youth in Northwest Florida and Southwest Alabama. Additionally, he has increased philanthropic giving to nearly $600K annually, an increase of over 200% in 6 years. During his tenure, PCC’s board has transformed from a mostly parent-filled roster to one that is dominated by powerful community leaders. His programs are supported by a robust network of civic, governmental, and media partners who promote PCC’s story and impact to a regional audience of over 50,000 individuals each year.
