Ruth Hartt

Since 2017, Ruth Hartt has worked alongside the president of the Clayton Christensen Institute for Disruptive Innovation. Co-founded by the late Harvard Business School professor Clayton Christensen, the Institute works to provide solutions to pressing social issues by leveraging the power of disruptive business theory.  

Prior to joining the Institute, Ruth spent 17 years in the arts sector as an opera singer and music educator. Now she draws from her extensive experience in the cultural and nonprofit sectors, providing guidance for arts organizations that are eager to shake off the status quo and rebuild their audiences through customer-centric innovation.
