William Beyerl

Mr. Beyerl is a retired executive with over 40 years of retail management experience. During his career he worked in all facets from buying to store operations and human resources and payroll. His experience covers strategic planning & budgeting, P & L accountability, marketing, contract negotiation, payroll and general supervision. As chairman of one of the Federated Department Stores buying committees he negotiated purchases for over 200 department stores with both domestic and international manufacturers. As a director of store operations he coordinated the opening of new stores and markets and administered operations for over 200 stores in 20 states. The last 15 years of his career were in human resources, where his responsibilities included recruiting, employee relations, regulatory compliance and reporting, benefits, and payroll. Most recently, he served as vice president of human resources for Factory Card & Party Outlet until their merger with Party City. He has served as the volunteer treasurer for Acappellago for the last 12 years.
