WendiLee MacLeod

WendiLee has been involved in volunteer management for 10 years. In her current position she is responsible for managing an agency wide volunteer program that spans 8 counties in Western Washington. This includes creating and implementing strategic plans for recruiting, training and retaining a strong volunteer force; working with individual volunteers, corporate groups and interns in planning large volunteer events; supervising the Youth Action Team – a high school leadership training and volunteer program involving over 50 students from 14 local high schools in partnership with Volunteers of America national agency and Major League Baseball Players Association. WendiLee has a BA in Communication and Art from the University of Puget Sound and is the Charity Director for the Everett Chapter of the National Association of Professional Women and a member of the Steering Committee for the Volunteer Administrators Network. WendiLee is the mother of 4 children and a strong supporter of the arts and music. She volunteers monthly as an Art Docent for the Snohomish School District and as Treasurer for the Eisenhower Middle School Jazz Choir Booster Club.
