Ann-Li Cooke

Ann-Li Cooke is a Seattle-based innovation consultant who encourages nonprofit organizations to embrace positive disruption and experiment-based change. While receiving an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, she completed a fellowship under Jeff DeGraff, founder of the Competing Values Framework and the Innovatrium innovation laboratory. Since her fellowship, she has championed innovation within a diversity of industries from urban education to symphonic orchestras. In her free time, she plays the flute, sings jazz standards, and accelerates failure in a variety of outdoor hobbies.
