Alison T. McNeil

Alison leads with the intention of creating resources, highlighting blind spots and designing roadmaps for individuals and organizations in the arts and culture sector. Her background includes nonprofit management, grantmaking and program evaluation. Previously named a Leadership Center for Excellence 40 Under 40 Honoree, her efforts have informed policy, fortified leadership, secured grants and formed partnerships that expand equity and access for women, emerging leaders and communities of color. Every effort she’s contributed to is in service to the communities noted above including launching McNeil Creative Enterprises and co-founding Third Eye Cultural Collaborative, Women of Color in the Arts (WOCA), and the Maynor Biggers Artist Fund.
