This session is designed to help choruses communicate effectively by understanding their target audience and the marketing communications mix need to attract and serve the target market.  Participants will learn the importance of branding and discuss primary online marketing tactics, including websites, email, social media and search engines.  The session includes a discussion of how to develop a marketing plan and measure its impact.
