Enrich Chicago will lead a dialogue with a panel of arts organizations who are working to advance policies and practices in support of racial equity. Panel participants will share their process, emerging promising practices, and pitfalls along the way. The session will also equip attendees with tools to assess their own organization's culture and readiness to take on racial equity work.
