Music Director

Carmina and Illuminare, sibling chamber choirs based in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C. and specializing in repertoire from the Medieval, Renaissnace and early Baroque eras, seek a successor to the founding music director. Responsibilities include selecting music, leading weekly rehearsals, and arranging venues for three concert programs per season, as well as assisting in audience outreach and development activities.  Anticipated compensation for this part-time position is $7,000 to $10,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
