  • External Community: Work collaboratively and effectively with the Community Engagement role(s) within One Voice to ensure alignment of goals and priorities, advocacy in terms of maximum impact, and ensuring Community Engagement work is well-integrated within One Voice’s artistic programming and the “singer experience”.
  • Impact: Attain or exceed mutually agreed-upon goals for production quality, audience size/growth, and ticket sales; increased community engagement and participation; attain or exceed mutually agreed-upon goals for expense management and community support.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

  • Graduate Degree in Music with an emphasis in choral conducting or equivalent conducting experience (minimum 5 years).
