Recruiting, Retaining & Maximizing Members
Learn how the Boston Gay Men's Chorus went from 175 active members and 150 singers on stage for each performance to over 300 active members and 200 singers on stage in just 3 years. This interactive session will show how your chorus can adapt the member and auditionee engagement strategies that worked for the BGMC to develop your own membership, including ways to connect during COVID-19. You’ll leave with tools to grow and retain singers that are practical, free, and fun.
