CONDUCTING FELOWS

A Cappella Conducting Masterclass

ELIGIBILITY FOR CONDUCTING FELLOWS
The Conducting Fellows program is designed for working professionals in the choral field, preferably holding a professional position with a chorus or orchestra. Note: Fellow applicants must be at least 22 years of age.

Applicants must submit:
  • $35 non-refundable application fee
  • Completed application form with specified materials
  • Two written references from conducting professionals
  • Two copies of a Videotape (standard VHS) or DVD of not more than 20 minutes of performance - see Video/DVD Guidelines
  • Must be received in the Chorus America office by June 22, 2007

Submitting all application materials at once is encouraged. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

A panel will select up to 18 Conducting Fellows and notify them in early August 2007. Conducting Fellows will prepare excerpts from the Masterclass repertoire.
