Duties and responsibilities: Individual will be responsible for assisting with development activities throughout the season including, but not limited to, assisting with special events and individual donor solicitations and recognition.

Requirements: BS/BA degree, preferably in arts management. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office imperative and experience with Raiser’s Edge a plus. Superior organization and planning skills also imperative, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail a must. Some experience in a nonprofit arts organization, especially the performing arts, helpful.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience: $15,000 - $20,000

Chorus/organization description: The Cathedral Choral Society is the resident symphonic chorus at Washington National Cathedral, occasionally also performing at the Kennedy Center and Wolf Trap. For more information about the Choral Society, visit www.cathedralchoralsociety.org
