Chorus/organization name: Madrigalia Category: Artistic Duties and responsibilities: The Music Director will come to Madrigalia with significant experience in choral music and choral conducting. S/he will also: express ideas for innovative choral programming and growth in diverse musical styles; possess the ability to lead outreach efforts for audience-building and fundraising, as well as maintain a leadership position in the Rochester community; have a desire to interact as a partner in the Madrigalia organization (Performing Members and Board of Directors) to produce performances and recordings of the highest quality.
