Thanks to generous support granted by the National Endowment for the Arts, a limited number of stipends for travel and lodging support were made available for Chorus America members who, without this stipend, would otherwise be unable to attend the Conference in Philadelphia.

Deadline:
Recipients must submit the Request for Reimbursement Form and all original receipts by mail no later than July 13, 2009. Reimbursements will be made within 3 weeks of receipt or by August 3, whichever is earliest.

Allowable Expenses:
Recipients will be reimbursed for up to $600 of expenses for: (1) air (coach only), train (coach only) or bus transportation, rental car, gas, tolls, parking, and/or taxis; (2) hotel room nights at the Hyatt Regency Penn’s Landing. The stipends will not cover hotel rooms at other hotels, in-room entertainment, or meals.
