REGISTER IN 6 STEPS

To register for Chorus America's 31st Annual Conference, you must register through to attend the National Performing Arts Convention through their website. Follow these simple steps and everything will go smoothly! You may find it helpful to print this page as a guide.

Navigation Tips

At any point during the registration process, the button "Save Your Work" will save what you've done so far and keep you on the same page.

The button "Save & Next" will save your work and take you forward to the next page.

The button "Save & Previous" will save your work and take you back to the previous page.

Step 1: Create an NPAC account

  • Visit the NPAC registration site. As a new user, you will need to create an account. You must have a valid email address to create an account.
  • Fill out your name, email address, and create a password. This information will then be emailed to you as confirmation of your account creation. Now you can login and register!
  • If you are registering more than one person from your organization, you will need to create new user accounts for each registration form you want to create. You cannot complete multiple registration forms within one user account.

Step 2: Create your registration form

  • Go back to the NPAC registration site and login.
  • On the next page, choose "Create My Registration Form" button from the pull-down menu at the bottom. Select either the 2008 Convention Registration form (for Attendees) or the 2008 Exhibitor Registration Form.
  • When the page refreshes, scroll down and click the green "Edit" icon just to the right of the form.

Step 3: Register for the NPAC Convention & Events

  • The next few pages will gather some information and start the NPAC registration process.
  • Fill out your contact information. Indicate the organizations of which you are a member. Be sure to select Chorus America in order to receive the member rate for our Pre-Convention Seminars.
  • Choose the Individual Registration rate unless there are multiple people attending from your organization. If multiple people are attending, please complete a separate registration form for each person. However, be sure to select the reduced registration rate for each person. For example, if you have 6 people coming, you would select the reduced registration rate for all 6 people.
  • NPAC is offering three Pre-Convention Seminars, presented by National Arts Strategies, for an additional fee. If you would like to attend one of these on Tuesday, June 10, choose it by changing the quantity on the right to 1.
  • NPAC is also offering Pre-Convention Seminars on Wednesday morning. If you would like to attend one of the NPAC Pre-Convention Seminars on Wednesday, June 11, choose the seminar you are interested in on this page.

    Please note: Chorus America is ALSO offering four Pre-Convention Seminars on Wednesday, June 11, at a rate of $95 for members, $145 for nonmembers. You will have an option to choose one of these instead later in the registration process.
  • There is no charge for the Opening Welcome Reception; however, you must RSVP by "registering" for it. Change the quantity on the right to 1.
  • You can choose to pick up a box lunch on Thursday, if you would like. This is not required, just an option available to you. Change the quantity to 1 next to the type of box lunch you want.

Step 4: Register for the Chorus America Convention Package

  • Select Chorus America as the National Service Organization (NSO) for whose package you wish to register.
  • Choose the appropriate member or nonmember price for the Chorus America Convention Package.
  • If you wish to add a Chorus America Pre-Convention Seminar and you did not register for an NPAC seminar at the same time, you may choose ONE at this time.
  • Select the Chorus America ticketed events you wish to attend.
  • If you are interested in attending either of the choral performances, you have the option to purchase tickets now, if you wish. By clicking on the ticket purchasing links, you will be taken to separate websites. Purchasing performance tickets can be done at any time; it does not have to be done at this point during the registration process.

Step 5: Review your registration

  • A summary of all the items for which you have registered will be displayed. Check to see that all of the information is correct. Double-check to make sure that none of your sessions conflict with each other.

    If you have a conflict, having registered for multiple sessions at the same time, you can click the Back button in your browser to return to the previous page. Then you can use the links in the upper righthand corner to navigate back to the page where the error was made.
  • If everything is correct, click "Proceed to checkout using Verisign."

Step 6: Check-out & pay

  • Enter your credit card information. Click continue.
  • Verify that your information is correct and matches the credit card you are using.
  • Click "I Authorize this transaction." Your credit card will be charged at this point.
  • You will receive a confirmation number.
  • YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY REGISTERED!
